The Elders discuss how we, as Calvary Wolfeboro, are implementing the practice of sabbatical for our vocational leaders. In this podcast, Justin, Phil, and Cris talk about the Biblical principles that have led to churches and businesses establishing sabbaticals. They also discuss the purposes for sabbatical, in general, and some other general thoughts regarding the goodness of this practice.
Justin and Kari will be following up this conversation with one of their own where they will talk more personally about their sabbatical and how they see the last 10 years leading up to this time of rest, renewal, and reengagement.
